DHL/DPD

We work with DHL and/or DPD as standard to deliver our packages and pallets to you. After we have offered your order to DHL/DPD, they will send you an email with a tracking code and the expected delivery date. They deliver packages from Monday to Saturday to private individuals and from Monday to Friday to business addresses. If you are not at home, they will leave a message and try to deliver the shipment to you the next working day.

If something goes wrong with the delivery of your order, please contact us. We will then work with DHL/DPD to see how we can solve the problem for you.

Free delivery

We offer free delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We distinguish between:
- private individuals and business customers
- parcel delivery (up to 31.5 kg), pallet delivery (up to 1000 kg) and length transport (pipe) 

Private individuals:
- Parcel delivery up to 31.5 kg is free in the Netherlands from a minimum spend of €100 (incl. VAT). Belgium and Germany from a minimum spend of €200 (incl. VAT)

- Pallet delivery up to 1000 kg is free in the Netherlands from a minimum spend of €400 (incl. VAT). Belgium and Germany from a minimum spend of €600 (incl. VAT)

- Length transport is free in the Netherlands from a minimum spend of €600 (incl. VAT). Belgium and Germany from a minimum spend of €800 (incl. VAT)

Business customers:
- Parcel delivery up to 31.5 kg is free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from a minimum spend of €300 (excl. VAT)
- Pallet delivery up to 1000 kg is free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from a minimum spend of €1000 (excl. VAT)
- Length transport is free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from a minimum spend of €1500 (excl. VAT)

For all other countries and forms of transport we always charge transport costs, unless otherwise agreed. 

PLEASE NOTE!! We do not forward VAT via our website!!

Pick up

You can pick up goods from us in Nuenen. To make this as smooth as possible, it is advisable to order the desired goods via our website and select 'pick up in store' when completing your order. You can then choose to process the payment via our website, or to pay cash (or by pin) upon delivery.
